I can't remeraber where I read it, but it made it seem like Angela breaks up with him because of Sweet's advice. :shrug: Uugh. It's like the more things I read the worse it gets from every angle.

[sp]I was doing my best in terms of denial, but my frustration just had to explode at some point. Especially since we practically had no place to bitch about, neither here nor on LJ. So I'm just grateful for this thread.
I'm so far from excited about the premiere. I'm already pissed at how they're screwing them up, I can't even imagine how I'll feel when I'll actually see it played out on screen. It's idiotic and I hate that they're doing this to them.
I definitively stopped watching GG once they messed up L/L, I think I might do the same here :( [/sp]

[sp]Part of me really wants this spoiler to be one big joke, other part, thinks it doesn't necessarily mean she's actually gay (but that's in term of my personal thoughts on human sexuality). Either way, it's a cheap storyline and I doubt it'd be anything other than pure soap. I swear more spoilers like this and I'll just stick to watching Jack scenes next season. Or if *knocks on wood* they make a huge Angela/Roxie lovestory, I'm gonna be cheering Jack on sleeping with as many women as possible and praying for J/A to never happen again. So far every spoiler we got cheapens their story and negates everything they constructed in S2. I just don't get it. Why build this relationship, only to rip it apart in such ridiculous manner. Someone should make the writers understand once and for all that the viewers really aren't that big of idiots to not appreciate a story without big dramas or shocking revelations. You can build tension around realistic issues, RAB!

ETA: And hey, why not make Jack gay? And pair him off with Booth! They did hug a few times, after all lol [/sp]

Just wondering, how come you guys spoiler cut everything? The episodes have aired for awhile now so people should have caught up on everything already.



I find this surprising since they were the first obvious couple I saw in the series when I saw a random episode on TNT a couple of weeks ago. It was in Season 1 and I was like those two should hook up. After that, I watched Season 3 on Fox.com and I was like I SO CALLED IT! I find them to be the most interesting couple in the show. Trust me I love Bones and Booth and they do have their cute scenes but I don't focus on their pairing. I say the more JA scenes the better. There wasn't that many in Season 3. It was quite disappointing. Season 2 was definitely a better season for them.

I just didn't figure out what yet :lol: And yeah, the Gravedigger being back is practically the only thing that keeps me from abandoning this show. That and I still cling to the leftover hope they won't massacre our ship too badly...

Basing a show on one couple getting together is never a good idea. Once they do get together...what's left??? It's been done before. Hart is pretty much an idiot.

Jack and Angie are my OTP, too.
...I want an icon of J/A that says OTP...anyone know where I can get some screencaps for them?

[sp]I'm beyond pissed about the spoilers. I'm always in denial about this kind of stuff until it actually airs... but there's really no way around it. *sigh* It's Luke and Lorelai all over again for me.[/sp]
 
That's how S3 felt to me, too. It could've been basically named The B/B Show instead of Bones, it was just too much. Balance, dear writers, here's a secret for a decent writing... I love the general interactions, I love the frienRABhips on this show. Forcing B/B this much will cost them viewers like me and casual public who just doesn't care if and when these 2 will get together.

This is why S2 felt so fantastic to me. It was well balanced. It had everything: frienRABhip scenes, decent B stories and still a lot of cute B/B moments.

With the faith I have in those writers after last season, I'm telling you, we'll never get episode of the quality equal to Aliens in a Spaceship. They managed to get exciting story, amazing, intense team/frienRABhips scenes and still satisfy all of shippers.
 
Why can't all shows be written like Mad Men? ;) :lol: But, seriously!

I really hope they deal with the aftermath of everyone on the team and not just Brennan. I think it will have affected Jack the most too and I hope they focus on that.

I just wish they had done even more with it. And yeah, a J/A reunion is the last thing I would want in those circumstances for those very reasons. [/sp]
