J&M 7.25 Speaker Review

From the specs on the hawg-wired site, you can't run that amp to a 2 ohm load. You'd probably fry the amp pretty quickly.

You COULD purchase the 8ohm version speakers from J&M, but the amp won't be putting out anywhere near 75w each channel to the speakers @ 8ohm (and J&M says they can handle up to 140w).
 
When you are ready for the J&M 7.25" and J&M amp, give us a call and I will do my best to set you up to make it worth your while. You will be amazed at the sound output of the combo 7.25" with the J&M amp.

Since I insatalled my J&M speakers and Arc amp I've lost some FM reception with my hidden fairing antenna.
Have you guy's had any problems with radio reception once speakers and amp were installed?
Could it be the foam padding or amp interferance?? I made sure I didn't cover the antenna with the foam.
Any suggestions would be appreciated..
 
Just installed 7.25 speakers, purchased from DR. V. who are GREAT VENDORS, in my 09 ultra classic along with new painted inner fairing, new windshield, t-bags, chrome accents on guages in 3 hours along with my friend jerry this past weekend...for all those that have doubts about these speakers with-out an amp...they are more then adequate...crystal clear at any speed that i pursue...just what i wanted...if you don't have them yet...GET EM!!!!!! Thanks for letting me voice my 2 cents....
 
I Just installed the J&M 7.25 speakers, In my 2009 ultra classic and all I can say is WOW!!! I purchased these from DR. V-Twin (Shawn) outstanding service, for anyone who is trying to decide if they should install these don't wait any longer GET THEM!!!!!! And get Them From Dr. V-Twin you wont be sorry...

Also just installed the J&M 7.25 speakers from the Dr. Easy as pie! Sounds great and no amp planned. I recommend Dr. V-Twin and the JM 7.25's, best $$$ yet!
