Ive took a Omega Fish Tablet now it feels like my throat is really tight.?

Well this morning I had a Fish Tablet and a couple of minutes later my throat felt like it was really tight. Now it feels really dry as well so I keep drinking water but it doesn't seem to work. As well im trying to cough it up but it wont work. Would i go away if i throw it up? Or should i got too the doctors?
