my bike is leaking gasoline from this tube...

its the one with the round tip. it never did that before. any one have any idea what that tube is for. i noticed it on monday afternoon. i rode my bike to work all weekend and nothing was wrong then. this morning i checked and all the gas was gone in the tank. i refilled the tank jus now to see what would happen and it was still leaking. yesterday when i first noticed the leak, i tried starting the bike. it was having a hard time to start. the engine just didnt want to turn over. when i finally got it to start, the leak went from clear fluid to brown fluid. when i revved the bike to 4k rpm, the bikes rev started to go down. as i twisted the throttle more to compensate, the rev would still go down, until it finally died. now the bike wont even start. as if the battery was drained. anyone have any ideas on whats going on with my bike?

Did you trace the line to the other end? That's the important part. I suspect it's a breather, but we need to know where it goes.

The pipe you have highlighted looks like the air box drain pipe, If you have fuel comming out here it sounds like you have a sticky float in the carbs, looks like you need to clean the carbs.
 
And if that is the case DO NOT TRY TO START THE MOTOR!!!!

it is not wanting to crank over because you have liquid gas in the cylinder and I don’t mean the 1/10 of a teaspoon per revolution you normally get into the engine. I mean a lot more. Liquid gas does not compress and your engine is in hydro lock. With you previously trying to start it this could have resulted in major damage or you could have gotten lucky. Take the plugs out and crank it over by HAND and look at what comes out of the cylinder if I am right you will have several teaspoons worth of gas come out. If so your floats are sticking and you need to stop gas from getting into the carbs until you fix that problem.
 
thanx for the advice on my last post. after getting more input from other bikers, they all suggested the same as everyone on this site. im not much of a mechanic with bikes, but can anyone know where i can find a "how-to" in cleaning my carb. without messing up anything else.
