I've recently downloaded Blacklight Tango Down and I've experienced a problem?

Whenever I finish a match or customize a class I get a message that says,"save failed. This can happen if the storage device is disconnected". or something similar to that. My Hard Drive is connected and its fine with other games.Any solutions???My stats reset every time I get off
 
Ok first is there another storage device plugged in such as a USB, is so unplugg it. If not then go to xbox.cm, go to Support, then License Transfer and follow the steps and download Tango Down again. If that doesnt work im Srry
