in order to prove this is not a scam, ask them to send you by e-mail attachment a COPY of the payment document showing your name and the amount, as well as what bank the payment will be drawn on. IF they send it to you, download and print it and take it to your bank branch manager and ask them to help you determine IF it is genuine. They can track the payment source based on the coding on the bottom of the check or draft and find out for you if there is such an account and if yes, does it have the money in it ??

Odds are this is a scam, so DO NOT send them any "fees", and give as little personal information as psooible to ANYONE on line that you do not personally know.

How does a bank Transfer work? Can I have my Bank check it out? How do I know if it is secure and real?.
 
THIS IS A SCAM. You have not won anything. Do not sign anything or send them money. Forward the mail to the FBI if you like.
