ive plugged my Philips GoGear Vibe in to my computer and nothing and ive reset it and still nothing?

nothing is showing on my computer and my mp3 ive pressed the reset button tried to turn it on and still nothing what can i do ive got all of my music on it HELP ME PLEASE
