For breakfast and dinner I eat a large bowl of high fibre breakfast cereal, I eat quite a large sandwich for lunch consisting of different meat fillings for protein. The only liquid I consume is water. I run 3 days a week. My total calorie intake would be around 1800-1900 calories per day. I'm 22 year old male, 5' 9' 160 pounds, will this diet help me achieve a flat stomach or possibly a six pack of abs
