...tests fine at the store, whats wrong? They don't have ick and they all look fine until there at the bottom of the tank not moving, please help.

crabs and frogs need air to breathe, so I hope you had a shallow aquarium with rocks for the frog and crab to climb up on to get out of the water.

Possibly the fact you have all of those things housed together.

Usually it is not a good idea to keep different species/types of animals in a captive enclosure.

not a good idea to keep them together... eventually your crab and frog will eat your fish IF they're not too big... different fish, crabs and frogs have different water chemistry needs... and lastly they might be sick internally... though it's a long shot that they all have the same sickness considering they are different in more ways than one....

Buy your own full spectrum master liquid test kit and test yourself, the store may have got it wrong.

Hanging at the bottom and deaths are a sign of ammonia problems and/or temperature problems. How large is this tank? Was it overstocked? How long has it been running?

FYI there are no freshwater crabs available to the pet trade, the ones found are all brackish and not fully aquatic, they shouldn't be kept in community fish tanks.

What size tank do you have, how long has it been set up and stocked. What water tests were ran. Also, we need to know what types of fish you have/had and how many. Without this information I can only guess.=

More info.... How long have you had them? Where did you buy them? Sometimes if they are new purchases, they might come already sick . I would take them back and either get a refund or new ones.

It could be the temperature at which you were keeping the water, different species and breeds need different temperatures. I would try looking up each species you had and then decide if you were giving it the right climate and conditions.
