I've lost the ability to check my e-mail on my cell phone. What do I do?

A few days ago, I lost the ability to log into my Yahoo email account from my cell phone. The message I received provided a list of carrier protocols used by cell phone companies. I am a client of StraightTalk, a subsidiary service of Tracfone. How do I regain this capability?
