Ive lost 22 pounds so far, but I haven't worked out?

Ive been stressed out about my job which cut my appetite in half. I eat three meals a day but its all healthy and its smaller portions. For some reason the stress triggered my mind to NOT EAT unhealthy foods. I havent worked out and Ive already lost 22 pounds. Is this normal?

And again, IM NOT STARVING myself as I eat three meals a day and snack on fruits. Its just my appetite was cut in half because of the stress.
I was 210...not Im down to 188.
