plateau? Walking...? exercise? so lately i've gone from absolutely no activity to walking my dog everyday for 30 minutes. after the first few times i added in another form of exercise on the stationary bike.. i turned up the resistance as high as it goes and for the past 2 days i've been getting on there for 10 minutes.

i know this isn't much, but it's a lot more than i was doing before. how much should i amp up my walking to continue losing weight? i don't want to start running yet out of fear that i'll just get burnt out too quickly and stop, like all the other times i've tried to lose weight. i'm about 5' or 5'1'' and i currently weigh 135.. the lowest my weight has been in a while.


also, can walking reduce the appearance of cellulite on your thighs
