I've lost 11lbs in 3-4 days just from eating apples and having one main meal, how...

...is it not safe? I've never felt this good before, I'm drinking plenty of water and a pint of orange juice a day, also taking all vitamins like omega 3 etc in tablets, excercising and i've never felt this good, Yes i've been really tired at night, but i had insomnia, so this is just great that i can get a proper nights sleep! a couple of spots i had are going away and even been doing weight and still got muscle, So are all these "Loose 2lb a week to be safe, BS or what? really?
But how is it not Healthy, when i feel healthier than i ever have before in my life? i even use to play rugby and didnt feel this good before, My muscle still feels the same, I'm doing alot targetting the muscle, and i couldnt feel any healthier to be honest.
Well i have an apple once every 3 hours and yesterday i had a full english breakfast at 5pm and the day before i had a sunday roast at 5pm
but still loosing the weight, i was only 200 pounds and 6 foot, so not really that much overweight, but i want to look good for the new gf and i decided to do it my own way and its working, just a few more days of this and i wont put it back on, Because ill eat normal and have apples when im hungry and still excercise
Loose muscle? I'm running, to burn fat, and doing weights at home, i've been doing I've been doing 10 reps on the right arm, 10 on the left, 10 on the right 5 on the left, every hour and half and i wouldnt say the muscle is going anywhere, apart from getting bigger? and not just weight, sit ups, press ups squats the lot, I've really never felt this great, So i can't say i really agree with what society says, but then again, Society is wrong in so many places.

But thanks for your comments, I'm not saying your wrong or anything, Just saying, My way is saying otherwise and its not going to be a permanant thing, just a few weeks
 
Losing more than a few pounds a week isn't healthy and not easily maintained. Fad diets flush your system of junk that gets built of from normal food and once you start eating again it comes back quicker than if you'd done a normal diet.

At least you are doing it with natural methods and not just cutting carbs or sugar or taking diet pills.
 
many fruit only type diets has no protein or needed fat. protein was found in many meats and beans are need to make red blood cells. red blood cell are the transportation cells for oxygen and sugars , so without this need transport you will start to be anemic and start getting tired. without the needed fat , yes you will lose weight but also will lose the fat that covers and protects your organs like the very important kidneys. so a balance weight loss program would have all of these important element so you don't hurt your body.
 
Sure, it's exciting, but you'll gain it all back quicker than you lost it. Either that, or die from eating only apples, and no other nutrients.
You could try some other form of diet. The weight loss will be slower, but much better for you, and you'll probably actually KEEP the weight off! Eat lots of fruits and veggies, skinless chicken, fruits, oatmeal, whole grains, etc, and get lots of excersize...run, walk, sit-ups, cardio workouts.
