I've heard one can get an adapter to convert ps2 controllers to use on a ps3....

...Does the usb adapter work well? The actual ps3 controller cost like 40 bucks, while the adapter I've found for 3 bucks. So, that's why I'm hoping it'll work fine, it just won't be wireless.
