No, that's hardly all she talks about.
Personally, I find the over-dramatic narration to be FAR more annoying.

Lol! It's not so much when she mentions them, but it seems EVERY single caller congratulates her on them and they are like 6 months old now! I truly do not care for her but for some reason I always watch. The best I can come up with is that I am always intrigued by the stories she covers.

Wouldn't know. I can't stand watching her for more than a minute at a time or my eyeballs would explode. Basically she annoys the hell out of me.

Here show is such a train wreck you can't help but watch sometimes. She's rude and I wish someday one prosecuter or lawyer that gets caught off in mid-sentence by her sets her straight. I'm sure its happened many times but they probably edit it out.
Every nut job that calls into her show congratulates her on her f'n twins EVERY time and the smug look that she gets her face makes me want to vomit.
