answer/call/select button won't work.? I wouldn't mind buying another phone but there are several pics and videos on it that I want to keep and I can't seem to find anyone that knows how to download them onto a PC even with a USB cord. Is there any chance of having the touch pad replaced without it costing an arm and leg. Also the #3 button stopped working yesterday.
