Then it restarts. What should I do? I click on the Ovi store application in my phone. after I click on it, this comes up: "conflicting applications. show items?" I click on it and then the phone just switches off for ten seconds, and then works normally. I'm kind of confused and don't really know what to do. I have tried resetting the phone settings and even the whole phone. still the problem persists. can anyone suggest something I can do, please?
