I'm entering the correct ID and password but keep getting an "Incorrect ID/Password" error message. I tried removing the battery and reprogramming the phone but this doesn't work. Has anybody else had this problem and figured out how to fix it? I don't have a phone where I can clear cookies and the special characters thing isn't the problem. Any ideas?
