i've Got a 1997 jeep grand cherokee with some getto wiring.need some help to

straighten it out? there is a 2 prong plug behind the onboard diagnostic that is unpluged.the sun roof doesn't work . passenger window doesn't work. there are two wires plugged into the front of fuses
the wires pluged into the front of fuses are green w/ brown squares and a solid red the wires on the plug are green w/ orange stripe,black w/red stripe,yellow w/ black stripe, lt.blue w/ red stripe
