Ive fallen off the exercise horse, what can i do to get back on?

Ive screwed up all my hard work! I just had soup PLUS 2 pieces of bread PLUS a skim milk chocolate milkshake for lunch
I have lost like 10 kgs so far and i was doing so good!! i now weigh 52kgs and i want to lose like 3 more.
How can i reapply myself and will i put on weight after eating all that?
