My boyfriend has told me I'm whining in my sleep. I'll whine for a long time on one breath and then exhale the remainder of air in one big burst. It seems I toss and turn afterwards. It must be waking me up. I'm always tired and I've been having neck problems. Any idea what it might be? Or if my symptoms are related?
It happens on the out breath and is very high pitch and squeaky.
I'm 25, female and in the healthy weight range (though not so fit)

Does he mean wheezing?
If it is wheezing then it may be asthma.
Otherwise sorry I dunno.

it is due to some disturbance in u r throat air flow.at do not sleep flat.sleep to a side facing to side.before sleeping take a slice of bread.
