I've been waiting for 3 months when will my Assurance Wireless phone get here?

I've been waiting 3 MONTHS and called the customer service about not getting it about 4 TIMES !!!!! When will it get here? I hope they're not charging Lifeline for 3 months when i don't even have it yet. Is this a rip off ???? They told me they remailed it to me 2 TIMES already. Where's the BetterBusinessBureau Number !!!!!
