umm.. im 17. 5'4 and i weigh 130. i joined XC so that should explain how much ive been running 
when i first joined i wasnt lean or anything, i was squishy all around but not fat.
my calfs have gotten really nice but my thighs and waist got really really thin! [my boobs even went down a little]
i have skinny wrists and i basically lost alot of my extra fat that i didnt need.
the problem is that i havent lost alot on my arms/upper torso and they are the squishiest part on my body!
they dont feel strong and i feel it doesnt match with my body :'{
[i also have squishy cheeks lol]
will it go down in time as i keep running?
or should i eat a certain way and do a certain workout or what?
ALL I WANT IS THINNER ARMS! (and lose fat on my upper back and face
