...healthy again? I am leaving the country next week, and the past month, I've been eating a ton of junk (out of stress). I've put on about 10lbs. My face has been breaking out and I normally have porcelain skin.

Are there any ways to start to feel a little healthier this week? I feel bloated and sluggish. What are some foods I should steer to in order to feel good before I leave?
 
The best thing you can do is drink a lot of water. I'm assuming you ate a lot of processed foods, which are high in salt. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day to flush out the salt and other toxins. Drinking green tea is also good as it will induce bowel movements. Make sure you exercise everyday for at least one hour (moderate intensity) before you leave.
