About a year ago, i owned a 1995 cadillac seville. In my jurisdiction, Prince George's County Maryland, it is not uncommon to be pulled over when driving this or other vehicles like this one several times in a month. In a one year span, I was puled over 15+ times, usually for nothing at all. I sold the Cadillac and purchased a Volvo v70 wagon and have never been pulled over since. Now that I am ready to buy a new car, a 1993 Buick LeSabre, I fear the same fate. What are my options and how can I avoid the trouble of going through it all again?
