I think the Wii, with its price point is going to sell a lot better. The Nintendo heritage it'll bring with it along w/ the coolness of playing older Nintendo games, it'll be a hit w/ younger people and older people.
Still not too sure about their controller config, but its good to see they're also bringing out a 'normal' controller.
$250 vs. $600. I'm not saying that PS3 is not worth the $500/$600, it totally is, especially since it includes the pricey Blu-Ray player. I just think that for $250 nowadays, you can't go wrong w/ the Wii. Nintendo is going to blitz the market w/ a ton of units. Sometimes, selling by volume has a greater overall effect than selling by profit per unit (remember those graphs back in school?).
Nintendo Wiis' will have a lot more face time w/ the general public who IMO will embrace it with its history and its price.
Dunno why I wrote this....bored I guess...
