ive been having really weird dreams lately?

for the past month ive been having really weird dreams. not nightmares but they have a lot of feeling. the problem is i can barely remember any of them, but when i wake up, i still feel what i was feeling in the dream. noy physical feeling, but feelings like sad or happy
why do i have weird dreams
 
people usually dream about what tey are subconsciously thinking about its most likely that you are thinking of something in the back of your heaad and in your dream you express the emotion you want to. but since it still is a thought you wake up feeling that emotion
