Ive been going to the gym for 3 months 4-5 times a week 1&1/2 hours a day and i have

not lost a pound? I do running,swimming,weights,I changed my diet about 1 month ago so on average im burning about 1000 more than i eat a day and eat no takeaway food etc,although i have noticed a huge difference in fitness and strength there is little or no physical difference I started 3 months ago at 190pounds and 3 months i am still the same weight and don't look any stronger or fitter,What am i doing wrong?
 
Well you havent lost weight because the fat has been converted into Muscle.. Which is good.. But it will take a while for you to notice the difference in muscles.. And its better to turn fat into muscle than loose weight anyway! Keep it up, Someones Gonna be a Fittie soon ;)
