ive been feeling rather sick all week, really bad nausea?

ive been feeling rather sick all week, really bad nausea, on saturday i couldnt get out of bed, it was that bad, and i had to go to work, so i called in and said i'd be late. I took some maxillon and the nausea went away a bit. But this morning its the exact same, i vomited a few times, but the worst is that i went into work, and went to get changed and have a quick shower, and before i could have a shower, i got really hot, light headed then extremely dizzy and i collapsed, i think i was out for about 5 minutes when i woke up to my 2 team members yelling through a door for me to hurry up as we got a call out, i hopped up still feeling rather nasueos and light headed and i didnt tell them.
i threw up when we got to the rescue but they didnt know either, im home now, but what could be wrong?
