I have been exercising all month, I've only taken 1 day off.
The least I've let myself do is half an hour, but mostly I do 50-80mins a day, I do cardio and strength training. I do it all at home as I don't have access to a gym, but still, I'm busting my ass and I'm seeing ABSOLUTELY no results. Like, I didn't expect to have a flat stomach by now, but I hoped maybe I would lose like a centimetre or something somewhere on my body. Which I haven't. My measurements are exactly the same.
The only thing that's changed is that now you can feel firm muscle underneath like an inch or two of flab. Great. How helpful.
Seriously, why is this happening? How can I just lose the weight? Or more accurately, the inches? I don't care about what the scales say, I just want to look good naked.
Oh, and my diet is fine. Junk food is absolutely disgusting, I don't touch the stuff. Fresh fruits and veg for me!
I want to see results all over. Besides everything I have read says you can't spot train. How would I raise my metabolism?
