I've been eating healthier, and have been noticing a few changes, are they good, or bad?

i told myself before christmas ended, that I was going to change for new years. An early new year resolution. I told myself I am going to eat healthier. I know allot of people said this, but I meant it. I was diagnosed with lupus last december, and kept telling myself I would exercise and eat right, but I was seriously just too weak (a symptom from lupus) to exercise and gave up. Now I feel great again, and I told myself I would eat better. So for about a week I've been eating healthier, and started exercising very slowly only focusing on my arms. I would be reading my book, and like moving my arms up and down with weights, because my arms are my main concern. Ive been making myself allot of salads, I found out that when I get some lettuce, put allot of lemon on it with some plain grilled chicken and caesar dressing and light mozarella cheese, its actually really good. Ive also been drinking allot of water, I cut back on the soda, and Ive been eating some home made soups my mom has made for me with carrots, spinach, and mushrooms.

I noticed That my hair seems thicker, my skin color seems to be coming back all glowing and healthy (im in chemotherapy so my skin is usually discolored a bit), and my nails have a nice peachy tone compared to how yellow and ugly it used to look, plus my face looks a bit healthier and slimmer. However, I am feeling a bit shaky lately, as im typing right now my upper body is shaking, Its not that cold, only 43 degrees but im wrapped in blankets, i don't know if its the medications im taking, im supposed to eat food w/ my medicines but my family is struggling for money, and we are now on food stamps and we recently ran out and I haven't eaten a full 3 meals a day since the middle of december. Nowadays I usually eat breakfast, usually a piece of bread with juice. And dinner a small salad with water. The two times i take my pills. I take blood pressure meds, water retention meds, I also take plaquenil which is a lupus medication, and a really small dosage of prednisone 5 mg. So am I shaky because of my meds, or because I haven't been eating allot. Aside from the shakiness i look and mostly feel better
