I have it on my nose and I've noticed most people have used a skin graft, but I wanted to see what you guys recommend. I can either let the wound heal on its own, choose a skin graft, or choose a zig zag type of stitch. I was kind of leading away from skin graft because you cant get it wet for like 3 weeks. What have other had and what do you recommend, since it is on my nose, I want it to heal the best as well.
