I've been binge eating for the past 2-3 weeks, really need to detox and feel

hungry again!? I know it's not healthy, but I need to gain a little weight/muscle so I've been stuffing my self with food. My stomach feels so bloated right now, and I really feel I need to detox. So I'm thinking of fasting for the next two days on water and tea, just so my stomach can shrink a little and I can actually feel hungriness again. Is this a good idea, or what should I do instead? I know I won't be hungry for the next 3 days anyway!
