i've applied for a btec foudation diploma in art and design and have some questions.?

i'm eighteen and this is my third year for higher ed or whatever its called.

how much will i have to pay for this course (roughly)

will i get ema as this is going to be my third year

i also got a free bus pass last year. will i get that this year (i need it)

problem is this is through a uni not college so i have no idea about the finace side or anything

help...
