ive broken out before. usually a couple pimples at a time, sometimes worse, and they go away. lately my skin has been pretty good. yet all of a sudden i have come down with the worst case of acne ive ever had. it is all over my cheeks and chin (i normally only get acne on the "T" zone) and it doesnt even look like the typical acne i get. they arent black or white heads, they are uniform, slightly raised red dots. ive tried everything i normally do for acne. its been 2 weeks and nothing has helped. i also just moved to a different city, and am using new bed sheets. im not sure if those are contributing but im out of ideas. does anybody have an idea about what they are, what is causing them, and how do i get them to go away!?
