I've a 2001 Jeep Cherokee with a heater problem. Please help?

The heater in my jeep gets kinda warm,but when I'm in idle.driving it makes the air get cooler and cooler.The blower seems to work fine.Also the a/c is the opposite,it starts out very cold but after driving for a few miles it starts getting hot.Took it to repair shop 3 times but still acts up.Please help if you can. does your jeep have climate control. our 01 did and that was our problem
