iv lost my keys for a pvc door can anyone tell me how can i get the key bullet out?

iv had thehandles off but there is something stopping the bullet from coming out
 
There is a screw in the side of the door just below the latch only problem is you need your keys to get the cylinder out if you have no keys it will have to be drilled out
 
there's gotta be some screws somewhere that you are missing; they would be somewhere on the inside of the door
