iv attempted suicide as a kid will i still be able to join the british army?

i wont to serve this county and the queen at the moment i am 14 but im worried i cant join the army now. no one knows about it only my dad and me i just want to go see some one about it and get a bit of help but if i do i don't want it to stop me joining up
