I'v already paid to go ta a canoe camp but I'm 90% sure I'll have my period at the time?

As you may have guessed we'll be canoeing. The problem is that there will be no real toilets, no showers and we'll sleep in tents. The activities include canoeing, caving and capsizing other peoples canoes, so I'll get wet. To top it all off, i get to share a waterproof bag with a friend. What do I do?
 
all i can say is use tampons, i use tampons all the time except at night i use a pad. tampons are alot better so just use them and i'm not sure what you guys use for trash but just bring a plastic sack along to put them in. good luck oh and make sure you change them out every 4 hours, if you go a couple hours over its fine but just dont leave one in all day or anything.
 
i think you should still go dont let periods run your life. Instead of using pads use tampons but make sure you change them every 4 hours.
