I have tried ALMOST EVERYTHING..I have contacted Iphone tech and Itunes tech and the morons are no help...Why hasn't Apple addressed this issue..I researched it online and it has been a issue since 2007!!! Maybe longer! I even called my bank and there's no issue with my card...I have money in the bank so please don't say that's the issue lol...I even tried creating a new account..Any suggestions?? Help please!! 10 points for best answer
