I've had trouble installing iTunes/Apple Application Support onto my pc (windows vista OS).
I've also had trouble installing anti-virus software. It seems that Windows Update is not functioning properly (i.e. cannot update, cannot install new programs, cannot change and save the settings) and this may be the cause of the problem. Pop up windows also appear informing me that 'COM Surrogate has stopped working'.
