Ok,so sometimes when I'm dreaming,I can control my dreams.Since I'm a guy,honestly,what I do is try to find hot girls and...yeah.So I just think ''ok,when I turn around,a hot girl is gonna be right behind me!''.And there she is.And I can control what she does.
But my thoughts are out of control sometimes...It's that feeling you get when you try to remind yourself of not thinking of something,which makes you think of it.That happens in my dreams and it's really annoying!
That's why I presume that I'm partially lucid dreaming.What can I do to FULLY control my dreams?
