hi well tomorrow in southern california its suppose to be about 100 to 102 degrees. today was pretty hot too. tomorrow is our mile day. its going to be way too hot. we don't even have a/c in any classes or anywhere in the school.
&& one more thing when i get over heated i tend to throw up..
i had to stay home sick yesterday because i had the stomach flu and i was throwing up all night & day.
please help!
oh and we have uniform that is very hot and heavy.
also i know this sounds dumb but we don't have an actual nurse the people that work in the office are kinda certified to help like a nurse but aren't. they are very rude i went to them on friday asking if they can give my a tylenol or something for cramps and said no your parents have to come bring it to you.
