"It's not about the Bike" oral presentation?

For English I have to give an oral presentation on Lance Armstrong's autobiography, "It's not about the Bike". In the presentation I am speaking about the Tour de France and I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an appropriate excerpt from the book that I could read out to illustrate just how gruelling it is?
