We don't really do the pancake thing here on the US Gulf Coast. We're more about the parades and all the parade throws we can catch. I didn't get to go to any parades this year, though.

mmmm, pancakes! I made myself and my flatmate pancakes yesterday. It was the first time I've ever made them (my dad usually makes them for me), they were a bit doughy in the middle but they were still good!
