i was in a carpark and the speed zone is 5 kms/per hour, i looked behind me to reverse, and there was no one there, so i reversed and I ended up hitting a car. Her car was scraped (like shes been speeding in the car park) and mine was hit. at the time she goes theres no need to get insurance involved, she is third party I am full comprehensive. she goes just get your husband to see it, mind u her whole car is scraped and bashed, when my husband saw it he goes its nothing and not to worry about it because they wont do it via insurance
ok its been two weeks, she called me up abusing me coz we still havent fixed her car, but what partr r we gna fix??also coz she was speeding in a car park ( there was no witnesses and no police report) who is at fault???? can she still make a claim even if its been two weeks? Im not sure if its third party they will cover her.
