this is my homework. I'm sorry if I'm asking you guys to answer them for me. I just find physics quite hard.
I'm hoping to get decent answers.. which are related to my questions. Please don't spam me with IDK or whatever senseless answers you might want to answer me with if they're not related to the questions posted above.
------
A converging lens has a focal length of 14.0 cm. For an object to the left of the lens. At distances of 18.0 cm and 7.00 cm, determine a) the image position: b) the magnification; c) whether the image is real or virtual: d) whether the image is erect or inverted. Draw a principal-ray diagram in each case.
A lens forms an image of an object. The object is 16.0 cm from the lens. The image is 12.0 cm from the lens on the same side as the object. a) What is the focal length of the lens? Is the lens converging or diverging? If the object is 8.50 mm tall, how tall is the image? Is it erect or inverted? Draw a principal ray diagram.
A converging lens with a focal length of 7.00 cm forms an image of a 4.00-mm-tall real object that is to the left of the lens. The image is 1.30 cm tall and erect. Where are the object and image located? Is the image real or virtual?
I'm sorry I meant to say questions below.. Lol. it's unrelated anyway.
