I have an exercise bike and the seat on it is like a chair like a leather back and seat..i was just wondering if it works the same way as a regular bike seat would it seems to me that a regular bike seat would work your thighs and butt more but hopefully im wrong. Also i am wondering how long a day should i ride it i just really need to tone my butt and would really like to lose my love handles and inner thigh fat will my bike work for that?
