iTouch recognises bluetooth headphones - but doesnt play music?

I paired up my 2nd gen iTouch with my Phillips SHB6100 bluetooth headphones. The iTouch recognises it - however the music does not play through the headphones and instead plays through the iPod speakers.

Any help?
