3 months ago I was eating lunch, could barely swallow and my tongue was itchy. Thought I was having an allergic reaction. Went to the allergist a few days later, and she didn't think the allergy would still be going on (tongue was still itchy) but she had me take allergy meRAB. Symptoms were- white tongue, itchy tongue, sore throat, trouble swallowing.
An ENT thought it was LPR and told me to take Zegerid. This has helped the sore throat somewhat, but the tongue and back of throat is still itchy all the time.
Thrush has been ruled out.
Any thoughts?
Thank you
